1. Where are your pestemals made?
Our pestemals are handmade in Turkey. We work with experienced local producers who combine traditional weaving techniques with modern quality.

2. What material are the pestemals made of?
Our pestemals are made of 100% high-quality cotton and are OEKO-TEX® certified – meaning they are free from harmful chemicals.

3. How do I care for my pestemal properly?
We recommend machine washing at 30 °C. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Air dry the pestemal to protect the fibers.

4. How absorbent are the pestemals?
Our pestemals are very absorbent and dry quickly at the same time. Before first use, we recommend washing the pestemal once so that it develops its full absorbency.

5. What can I use a pestemal for?
A pestemal is versatile: as a beach towel, sauna towel, picnic blanket, scarf, or lightweight travel towel.

6. How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, delivery time is usually 2–4 business days.

7. Do you offer returns?
